These are common updates from WES at times when your degree certificate is not attested or enclosed inside or within the process of your institution transcript process, during then when you have to upload your degree certificate by yourself in the WES dashboard and with such small action from your side your WES process will be complete and full.
Since some insitituions issue formatted transcript so they do not endorse the degree certificate in the process of transcript making in such cases students need to upload their degree scan copy in WES dashboard otherwise all are accepted nothing to worry.
