How should I send my academic documents?

Upload clear scanned copies via the portal or email.

  • Avoid blurred or cropped scans

What documents are required?

Generally required:

  • Degree certificate (front & back)
  • ID proof (Passport/Aadhaar)

How long does transcript processing take?

Usually 7–15 working days after document and payment confirmation. Time may vary by university.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide to universities, WES, and other organizations.

Can you send transcripts to multiple addresses?

Yes, you can add multiple recipients and select the number of copies for each.

How many copies should I order?

We recommend ordering 1–2 extra copies for backup.

What if my college is closed?

If your college is closed, transcripts will be issued by the affiliated university.

Why are clear documents required?

Unclear or incomplete documents may be rejected by universities, causing delays. Always upload high-quality scans.

How do I scan large documents?

Use professional services like Xerox/FedEx centers for proper scanning of oversized documents.

How can I make changes to my order?

You can update details before processing starts via your account. For major changes, contact support.

Can I cancel my application?

Yes, email mytranscript@factstranscript.com for cancellation and refund details.

Do you ship directly to WES?

Yes, we send transcripts directly to WES and other evaluation bodies in sealed envelopes as required.

Can I send transcripts to WES myself?

No. Transcripts must be sent directly by the university or authorized service in a sealed envelope.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and international payment options.

Can someone else collect transcripts?

Yes, with authorization. Please contact support for details.
