If you are unsatisfied with our service, send us your return request by filling in the below form, please mention your application number, payment receipt and the reason for your dissatisfaction. Your refund request is received and the reason inspected, on our satisfaction of the reasons if your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a payment will be issued to your bank account in 20-25 working days.
Our policy lasts 30 days after you receive the transcripts delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Refund policy update from 1st December 2016:
– If the application has been submitted to the University, refund will be issued only after deducting University fees, DD charges and 25% of the service fee.
– All withdrawals prior to submission to university there will be a deduction of Rs.300
– Refunds will be issued only to India accounts
